Here are instructions on how to resolve fax issues with your printing device.
If you are experiencing fax issues with your printer, visit the Kyocera website Support Download Centre for the Fax Operation Guide.
Enter your printer model name and choose the correct model as it appears in the drop-down list.
Once you have chosen your printer model, select Documents. Then select User Manual and open the Fax Operation Guide for your printer.
Once you have opened the Fax Operation Guide, click on the corresponding chapter you require in the table of contents.
If there’s a jam in your printer, identify the jam location from the indication on the screen, click on the corresponding reference page number for instructions and follow them carefully.
